This time I tried the 「鱈のじゃっぱ鍋コース」 (¥8,700／1 serving・orders available from 2 servings). ✨menu✨ ・Assorted appetizers ・鱈のじゃっぱ鍋 ・Rice or udon ・Dessert There were around ６ bite-sized appetizers, and every one was delicious. I already felt happy at this point. The sheer volume of the jappa hot pot will definitely overwhelm you (haha). The cod flesh was quite springy. The pieces were large and had an excellent bite. The shirako is so fresh that you simply blanch it in the hot pot before eating, giving it a creamy, melting texture that's incredibly delicious. I chose rice to finish, and the rich cod broth gave the zosui even greater depth of flavor! There is also a wide selection of sake. A dry one might go well with the jappa hot pot♡ It was so delicious! I wanna go agaaain!

Good-value shrimp tempura I wanted to enjoy drinks and snacks before soba, but there was no snack menu. The tempura came with 2 large shrimp, which seemed good value for the price. I'm curious about the ladies' lunch.

Beyond 刺抜き地蔵 in 巣鴨 is a long-established Japanese restaurant. It's a tatami room with table seating, and the interior is lovely. I booked the winter-only 「じゃっぱ鍋コース」 and was amazed by the quantity and size of the cod, unlike anything I'd seen. And it was incredibly delicious. You might not find it anywhere else.

An irresistible jappa hot pot for shirako lovers! Getting to eat shirako until you're full is the best. The zosui at the end is unbelievably delicious too. Recommended for an occasional treat!
