The attitude of the woman with pink hair is way too off. She's not friendly at all, and even when we asked politely she wouldn't give us a proper answer, a really bad attitude. There was a bug in a drink, and when we pointed it out, the other male staff member also looked at us like "What is this person even talking about," and there was no apology. That's just unthinkable for a restaurant. We came here wanting to have fun, and this is the first time I've seen a place with such a bad attitude. Honestly, I don't even want to give it one star. They seriously need to review their employee training.

💥Today's major mood-killer case, I must say💥 First, allow me to state one thing ㌔!!!! This place has karaoke, does it not!?!?🎤 So I'm not bothered by the noise in the slightest, I assure you!!!!✨ ㌔!!!!! **Only the staff's service is from another dimension, I tell youuuuu!!!!**💥💥💥 We'd barely even sat down when 🥤"Drinks?" just like that…… Now hold on a minuteeeeee!!!! I am NOT doing a seating speedrun (RTA), am I!?!?🤣💥 When I asked questions, the answers were half-hearted!!!! The whole time, a face like 👁️😒 this!!!! Noooooo!!!! I couldn't tell whether I'd come to receive service or to compete in a cold-shoulder championship, I must say!!!!💥💥💥 And the final blow…… 🍹A bug in my friend's drink. Bugs can't always be helped, I suppose. ㌔!!!!!! Zero apology. Nooooooooooo!!!! Are the five characters of "We apologize" an endangered species or whaaat!?!?!?😭💥 It's truly a shame, considering the food was delicious. After all, service is the face of a shop. At this rate, my mental health will peel right off along with my top gel, I must say!!!!💅💥

While we were playing darts, someone from another table took our food right in front of us, and the staff wouldn't move us to another seat even though it wasn't crowded, and their attitude was bad too. They said there was no proof, and even though the person next to us backed us up, they seemed like they didn't want to deal with it, and I'm really frustrated.

Someone at the table behind us grabbed a fistful of our fries, the staff didn't do anything about it, and both the service and the quality of the customers are way too bad. Unbelievable. Gross.

Drinks were slow to come out, and when they finally arrived, the attitude while serving them was bad too. Also, from the moment we arrived the QR code didn't work, so we had to order verbally, but they didn't respond even when we called out pretty loudly, so the 180-minute charge was a total waste. Never coming again.
