Saw the michelin bib gourmand and big rating on tabelog 3.99 so decided to reserve on tablecheck 390円。Arrived 10 minutes early like the email says and was allowed to enter. On the machine I ordered the special shoyu ramen 特上醤油らぁめん2200円, 🥚 200円, and the charcoal grilled rice 炭火おにくごはん500円。Have to admit the ramen broth was amazing. The various toppings tasted unique, not sure how they seasoned and prepared the chicken and pork. It is definitely a top 5 of the 170 ramen shops I've been to. There was also alot of noodles hidden there so you will be pretty full after. The charcoal meat rice was tasty and unique as well. They have many unique flavours I don't remember tasting anywhere else so definitely recommend.
View on GoogleExcellent service from friendly staff and delicious ramen. Certainly the best Shio and Shouyu ramen I've personally had up to this point. The chashu was quite smoky and tasty. Note that this ramen has more noodles than your average bowl, so you may want to come a bit hungry. The location isn't too far out of the way and not a bad walk from the station and inside is quite cozy.
View on GoogleGot the tokujo shoyu ramen and it was damn good. The broth is the best part, very flavourful (maybe even a tad bit too flavourful). The pork was extremely tender and nice as well. All ingredients were fresh and served very quickly. It’s quite difficult to reserve seats but I would say it’s very much worth it.
View on GoogleThe Best Shoyu Ramen I’ve Ever Had 👍 Gokan 五感, a reservation-only ramen shop in Tokyo, served the best shoyu ramen I’ve ever had, with rich umami, smoky charcoal-grilled chicken, and perfectly firm noodles. The TKG was a simple but special treat, made with a high-quality egg. The calm atmosphere, organized system, and overall value made the experience truly memorable.
View on GoogleVery good ramen in Tokyo, chicken and shell stock with chicken, pork wonton inside. So far is the best ramen tried in japan. No walk in, need to book via table check
