I ordered Hakata ramen (normal noodle firmness) and a seasoned egg. The soup was rich and slightly viscous, with a somewhat stock-like sweetness and a noticeable saltiness, and it was very delicious. A slightly unusual flavor. I hesitated a little to use the grated garlic and karashi takana on the table, but when I tried them, I thought both went well with it. The noodles were extremely thin and straight, with a soft mouthfeel, and the portion seemed slightly larger than at a typical Hakata tonkotsu place. The chashu was quite thin, but very large and well seasoned. The seasoned egg was closer to fully cooked, with fairly subtle seasoning. Overall, I thought this was a very high-quality tonkotsu ramen. 【Additional note】 (2025/11/24) I visited at around 11:50 at lunchtime on a public holiday, but there were only 2 customers already there. There were 6 counter seats and 2 tables.
View on Google750円 for tonkotsu ramen with a noodle refill is cheap! Nearby Iekei ramen costs over 1000円, so it was excellent value. The soup itself was on the lighter side, not overly rich or greasy, and felt gentle on the stomach. The interior was also very clean and tidy.
View on GoogleA good restaurant. First, this is a much-awaited category for Komagome, which had been without a Hakata ramen restaurant for a long time after several places closed. Next, its opening hours can meet the demand for a late-night meal to finish off the evening. And its prices are low, contrary to current trends. For these reasons, it's a place I hope becomes established. The basic Hakata ramen is 750円, with chashu, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms. The chashu is a large slice about 150mm across, with a maximum thickness that looks to be around 3mm. It's tender, savory, fragrant, and makes its presence felt. The noodles are very delicious too. What's more, 1 noodle refill is free. Very satisfying for 750円. The soup has no unpleasant smell and no distinctive character, like a potage. It's not bad, but there's little of it, so it might run out after 2 noodle refills. Compared with its likely late-night competitors, Ikkakuya next door (ordinary flavor, lukewarm, little broth) and Komagomeya at the north exit (expensive), it has an edge in price and flavor. Recommended mainly for a final bowl of ramen after drinking. I visited another 5 times and raised my rating. The staff are highly motivated, and their service skills are excellent despite the restaurant being new. I enjoy my meal every time. Even when it's full, service runs smoothly and the noodles are cooked precisely. This is the best place for late-night ramen in Komagome,
View on GoogleA restaurant less than 1 minute's walk from Komagome Station. The frontage is narrow, so you could easily walk past it, and the restaurant extends far back. But it has tables as well as counter seats. It's also nice that students get 2 free noodle refills. Non-students get 1. Not only the ramen but also the fried rice is delicious!! Definitely come hungry and have ramen, noodle refills, and fried rice!!
View on GoogleA Hakata tonkotsu ramen restaurant right near the east exit of Komagome Station. You can enjoy tonkotsu ramen for an affordable 750円 (as of April 2026), and it was very delicious. The noodles were properly thin, just how I like them, and the soup wasn't overpowering but had depth of flavor. Up to one noodle refill (two for students) is free, and all the standard extras and toppings, such as garlic, beni shoga, white sesame seeds, and spicy takana, are available. The interior is clean too, so I think women and families would feel comfortable coming in. Apparently it only opened a few months ago, and the frontage isn't wide, so it may not be very well known yet, but I think its star rating will rise further. I'd love good restaurants like this to become more and more popular.
