All the dishes have a dark “soy sauce color,” but they're not as salty as they look and are nicely balanced. The ramen noodles are like so-called “egg noodles,” with flavor in the noodles themselves, and are very delicious. The vegetables are crisp, the meat is tender, and the cooking is very skillful. And the gyoza have chewy wrappers and very delicious fillings—better than places that advertise gyoza as their specialty. It's worth coming just for these gyoza!!
View on GoogleDelicious and generously portioned! I occasionally stop by for lunch. You can't go wrong with the set meals recommended on the easel sign out front. Now, the taste……delicious……but how should I put it……you could call it a Galapagos-like flavor that has evolved independently. It's probably neighborhood Chinese cooking rather than authentic Chinese cuisine, but it feels a little different from neighborhood Chinese cooking too……haha. 回鍋肉, 麻婆豆腐, 青椒肉絲, fried rice, and noodles…… They're delicious! Every one is definitely delicious! But I can't explain it well—there's something uniquely 福ちゃん about them. I feel like anyone who loves their mom's brown-colored packed lunches would get hooked lol. My personal recommendation is “冷やし担々麺,” a dish where that Galapagos evolution is especially noticeable lol. It's incredibly delicious. I've been coming for about 5 years, and given the times, prices have gradually risen. Still, it's a great place with excellent value that I recommend to anyone wanting a hearty meal!
View on GoogleA Chinese restaurant on Mejiro-dori near the Futamata police box. It's a little far from home, but I like it enough to go once a week. The interior feels clean, and most of the seating is at the counter. The food is generously portioned and tastes outstanding. In particular, I'd like you to try the half-ramen and kakuni rice bowl set at least once.
View on GoogleExcellent value for lunch. It also comes with a mini mapo tofu, and a large serving of rice is free. The gyoza are big and full of meat juices—recommended.
View on GoogleIt's along 目白通り, but halfway between 椎名町駅 and 落合南長崎駅, so maybe the location isn't that great( -_・)? It's a neighborhood Chinese restaurant run by Chinese people, but the menu is extensive and the food is good🙆 I stopped by for lunch while passing through. The Chinese-style ginger-grilled meat set caught my eye, so I went in… The low price of 710円 including tax drew me in too👌 The food arrived without much waiting, and I was surprised by the more-than-satisfying portion((゚□゚;)) It even comes with almond tofu for dessert✨ But how does it taste( -_・)? Oh… it's good( ´∀`) The thickened soup is good too The pickled zha cai is mixed with gochujang( -_・)? maybe… and it's tasty😋 Does the Chinese-style ginger-grilled meat have cumin in it( ・◇・)?It has a curry-like flavor and tastes good🙆 Plus, there's plenty of it, so it's satisfying(o^-')b ! I wasn't expecting much, but it was delicious🎵 Thanks for the meal❤️
