Excellent customer service. The young lady who served me did her best to communicate with me even though she cant speak English. The burger was good!!

Pros: decent decor and a nice terrace ( for being in Tokyo). Cons: burger was cold and tasted really bland as well as the cheese not being anywhere close to melted. 99.9% sure they just put it on after they've "grilled" the burger. You had to pay extra to get fries, which is fine if they are good, not if they taste worse then the fries you get at MacDonald's. It's fine to smoke on the terrace which is a big con (for me) Summary: if you just want a burger even MacDonald's is better than this place. But if you want to just sit outside and have a beer then I guess this place is alright.

Stop by and try a Gourmet Burger. After traveling days without having something I was used to I ran across this Brooklyn Mills. I was soooo excited to finally find a place that serves some American Food lol I poked my head in to look at a menu and I was immediately greeted and welcomed in by the staff. As I looked around I was sold on the atmospheres of the restaurant (Felt like a NYC & LA Vibe) and again the friendliness of the staff. I was immediately seated at a table for four and FYI it was just myself (I didn't mind) more room to put my bags and travel stuff. I over looked the menu and placed my order, You know I had to order a beer as I waited ;) shortly after I ordered I noticed a group of 4 older ladies walked in and there were not enough big tables for them to sit (place was somewhat full) so I immediately offered them my table and I helped myself to a seat outside at a table empty for two. Sitting outdoor I got to enjoy the beautiful weather & the beautiful view of the Minai-Ikebukuro Park (literally across the street). My food and drink was brought out and I must say it was hands down one of the top gourmet burgers I've had in a while and definitely on this trip lol My Burger was cooked to perfection and topped with clean and fresh ingredients, my french fries were seasoned nicely and cooked to a perfect crisp. I left here a full and satisfied customer! I can't wait to return and try something new on the menu. Give them a try if you are ever in the area :)

Brookyln Mills in いけぶくろ is a really cosy and relaxing atmosphere, the food is delicious and the customer service is super friendly! I would recommend to come in and try the food. I love that there is a seating area outside! For people that use IQOS you are allowed to use it outside, this is a plus too! Thank you very much!

Here is cozy restaurant, having terrace seat and good location, close to ikebukuro station. Even evening 4pm, I can take some seat.
