Food was great and loads of authentic Vietnamese choices. However, the service was just average. They cannot provide napkins (a norm in Japan), and claimed to charge us 200 yen per piece of rice paper when we wanted to ask for more. 200yen for a piece is not a reasonable price at all.. So we don’t feel as welcome overall.

It’s a such as the best Vietnamese Restaurant in Tokyo when we miss Vietnam food. Pho is the northern tasty which I not prefer, but good enough to have it in the winter. The staffs are very nice and polite. A good place to see Vietnamese gathering. Happy new year 🎈 🎈 🎈 2024!

Leave Ikebukuro West Exit and walk along the train tracks; it's inside a multi-tenant building on the left. (On the left side of the building entrance is a Chinese restaurant.) There's the restaurant's sign and a Vietnamese flag out front, so I think you'll find it right away. (3rd floor, by elevator or stairs) Last time I went at lunchtime, but because it was Golden Week there was no lunch menu, so I ordered beef pho à la carte. The staff seem to change depending on the day; the person last time spoke only a little Japanese and a little English, but sometimes there were staff who understood Japanese. The menu has photos, so I think you can order by looking at those. It's even more delicious if you add the lemon juice and spicy condiments on the table. (Sometimes lemon comes on a small plate.) This time, the fresh spring rolls I ordered along with it were also really delicious. The staff were good with customers too, so I recommend it when you want to eat delicious pho or Vietnamese food. There weren't many customers inside, so we could avoid crowding, but given the times, it bothered me that there were no acrylic panels between the tables. Taste-wise, I recommend it with 5 stars⭐️
