I visited Antico Cafe near Ikebukuro Station around 5:00 PM. Luckily, there was no wait. I ordered their signature Spinach Sandwich, Cannolo, and Royal Milk Tea. While the food display was nearly empty when I arrived, it was fully restocked with fresh sandwiches by the time I reached the counter. It seems they replenish items frequently, so keep an eye out! How to Order: Secure your seat first. Go to the counter to order. Pick up forks and knives at the counter (Self-service). Please note that they don't offer sandwich cutting services. It’s a great spot for a quick but high-quality bite in the heart of the city.
View on GoogleCafe in Ikechika that sells French toast 😙 450 for the tench toast 80 for added cream topping 450 for M size ice coffee The French toast is already premade sitting there with the other pastries The presentation felt rather fancy on the silver platter The French toast comes with honey 🍯 already splashed on. It tastes like artificial honey. I would ask without it next time 😅 The simple French toasts cuts without a knife needed. It tastes somewhat eggy but not sweet. Prob no sugar used so the honey or cream is needed Overall pretty good. It’s better than a lot of places I’ve been that charge 2x or 3x for simple French toasts Self service water pitcher No toilet 🚽
View on GoogleOne of my fave cafe in Japan. I really love their Iced Green tea Latte & Green Tea Cafe Latte drink & their Spinach & Mushroom Sandwich. The Iced Latte is good too. During our latest visit. We ordered the Iced Green Tea Cafe Latte, Iced Cafe Latte & Mango Panna Cotta. It was still delicious as always. Would definitely be back.
View on GoogleI was brought here by my friend who simply adores their coffee a lot. It is a small and quiet place tucked at the corner or Ikebukuro Station. What I loved moat it their hot chocolate. It is thick and warm with right touch of bitterness. I came here 3 times on my 3 week visit in Japan so it really says I've enjoyed their beverages. As for the food, you have to be early to have choices. Most of it is sold out by 7pm.
View on GoogleThis place has a nice espresso machine, so I couldn't help but wish it produced a better foam...
