Booked the Hatsune Miku event. Considering the prices the service is quite disappointing. Ordered all drinks and foot in one order and got the hamburger the last, after the dessert. Little things matter as well as common sense.

Sent during the My Hero Academia event. Everything was very cool. Good was great, tasty, great options and very kawaii. Merch was also great, staff did not speak English but we managed with between our limited Japanese as well as an electronic translator

Make sure to make a reservation online. Food was good and the collaboration cafe themes are always good.

Bad service, and forcing customers to order food when merch is sold out is unfair. Very expensive as well for no other reason but to rip customers off.

Animate quality and organization. The food is hit or miss, though (some of the collab menus are simply atrocious)
