This "虎皮肘子" is truly the best! The skin is fried crispy with just the right chewiness when you bite in, and coated in that mala red chili oil, it's incredibly well seasoned. The meat inside melts in your mouth with just a light bite and slides right off the bone. It's not greasy, and the more you chew the more savory it gets—I just can't stop! And that steamed Peking duck too, the Sichuan-style flavor is the real deal, fragrant and spicy, it was seriously delicious!
