This restaurant is a true hidden gem that felt like a warm hug from a grandfather’s kitchen. I only managed to snap one photo before diving in because everything smelled and tasted absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their amazing menu. Highly recommended!

I'd been curious about the Chinese restaurant on the second floor, but it was closed, so I went to 1F. The interior was calm and dimly lit. Unfortunately, the simmered cutlet set meal another customer was eating had sold out. I ordered the ginger pork set meal, a staple at this kind of place. The thinly sliced meat was tender and plentiful. There was even a small bowl with various extras. The rice was enough for me, but might be insufficient for people who like large portions. Still, at 750 yen including tax, isn't this incredibly cheap these days? The owner seemed kind too, and I'd be happy if they kept going for many more years.
