When I attended 南鶴牧小学校, I often came here to eat with friends. I couldn't forget the taste from back then, so when I visited again, the soba tasted great and I was happy to enjoy the flavor of the mori soba I used to eat. I recommend the mori soba, tanuki soba, and tempura soba. I think this is the tastiest place in Tama City. I also loved the owner's passion and dedication to his soba. (^_^) Next time I'll come to eat with a Taiwanese friend.

At the height of the summer heat, an older man who seemed to be the owner was lying flat on his back, arms and legs spread out, on the tatami in the customer seating area with a fan blowing on him, even though the shop was very much open. (True story) Surely a business owner shouldn't be sprawled out like that in plain view of customers. The moment I saw that unbelievable sight, I automatically thought I would never set foot in this place for the rest of my life.

Zaru soba that tastes pretty good. Thanks for the meal.
