Delicious Hokkaido style ramen at a slightly higher price then standard.
View on GoogleEntered at 13:00 on Sunday. Inside there are 5 counter seats and 5 tables, almost full. Ordered negi ramen (miso・890 yen). The noodles are somewhat thin and the portion a little generous. The 【fried back fat】on the table absorbs the soup, deepening its richness, and as I kept eating, I ended up drinking every last drop of broth.
View on GoogleWent at 13:00 on a weekday. There were 2 customers already there. The counter seats 5 and the tables seat 12. ・Butter corn miso ramen 890 yen ・Vegetable shoyu ramen 860 yen The ramen arrived after a wait of more than 10 minutes. I noticed it was served at the same time as someone who entered and ordered much later than me. I understand cooking in batches, but when they're already slow to take your order, doing this makes you feel disrespected. Really disappointing. Sure enough, or whatever the reason, the noodles were overcooked. And lukewarm. A slotted spoon is provided. There were 2 staff members. (September 19, 2025)
View on GoogleA ramen shop open until late at night. I've visited several times. My favorite is the ajitama shoyu ramen, but this time I ordered chashu-men for a change. The broth is soy sauce-based, so maybe it's the same as usual? Delicious as always! The chashu was tender and delicious too! The gyoza also had beautiful crispy wings!! Everything was very delicious.
View on GoogleThe taste is fantastic. But they grab the chashu in their bare palm and place it in the bowl, which makes me wonder whether that hand is clean. The hand that touches money, touches the payment tray, clears bowls— it's the same hand. Customers watch closely, so ramen shops these days might not do this. It could be solved simply by not having the assistant touch ingredients barehanded, though.
