I had tanmen. It has volume and is piping hot and very delicious. Burn danger, caution level. I am very happy to have this quality at this price. I arrived before 10 am on Saturday but it was already open. I don't think parking can be expected to rotate. It took about 45 minutes from waiting to being able to eat. I hate waiting but I was satisfied even after waiting to eat. Please note that it will probably be very hot while waiting outside in the summer.

In my childhood, I was taken by my parents to line up and eat. My first "outside" ramen. The signboard and shop of memories. I also have a family and brought my children for a long-awaited visit. It's the best taste, and a reasonable price that is unthinkable in today's world. The soup overflowing in the bowl that looks unbalanced at first glance is full of the desire to please the customers. The owner who continues to swing the pot with an honest appearance, and the landlady who serves customers with a smile while looking at their faces. The way of eating and smiles of the regular customers who support it. A shop where everything is the best. A shop like a power spot in Tama that is worth visiting even if you have to line up.

The time I arrived at the shop was around 12:45. The parking lot was full with about 8-9 cars. There was a bench in front of the shop and about 10 people were sitting and waiting! The front of the shop is sunny and the weather was good, so it wasn't painful, but a parasol is a must in hot seasons like summer. It seems there were about 6 people sitting and waiting inside the shop, so it seems about 16 people were waiting in total. About 30 minutes after arriving at the shop, I was able to sit at the counter! I ordered a large tanmen and waited while listening to the sound of my father's Chinese pot and listening to the customers' orders. I feel that the menus ordered in the shop were stamina ramen, tanmen, and fried rice 😄 The large tanmen that was made in 15 minutes after sitting at the counter had colorful and crunchy vegetables with just the right amount of heat!! The noodles are thin straight. Because the vegetable stir-fry oil covers the soup, I was able to eat it to the end without the noodles getting soggy 😊 The saltiness is also for everyone. It was very delicious. The atmosphere of the people in the shop is also good, and I'm glad I came 😊 I am convinced that other menus are definitely delicious, so I will visit again 😁

I visited after several years due to an unexpected revival. Previously, I used to eat Beijing ramen or stamina ramen, but as I have aged myself, I calmly had the chashu soy sauce ramen with a large portion of noodles. The figure of the owner who silently swings the pot that can be seen across the counter is truly a town Chinese craftsman. The sound of hitting the pot is pleasant. Next to it, the landlady boils the noodles. There is no waste in the movements of the two who have been together for nearly half a century. The exchange between the staff lady and the landlady is also pleasant to watch. The chashu and the soup are also to my taste. It is just right to eat in summer. An important shop that I definitely want to visit again.

Because it is only open at lunch time, a lot of customers come, so lining up is a must. I lined up for 30 minutes. And, today I had tanmen and half fried rice 🍜 It is very delicious 😋 With exquisite seasoning, I finished it without feeling lacking or getting bored 🙏 However, because the ramen is quite a lot, it feels like the half fried rice was barely finished 💦 If I may ask, I would be very grateful if you added a half fried rice set to the menu, and made a set with a slightly reduced amount of ramen 🙇‍♂️
