So the place with the really pretty view wasn't that observation deck, huh. No wonder I couldn't see anything earlier. The view here is great and it feels so good, and the air is clear and super refreshing. I got excited thinking I could see all the way to Shinjuku in the distance, but I was half doubtful whether you could really see it from this far away. Still, I was happy to stumble onto such a nice spot unexpectedly, and felt like I'd lucked out a bit. Views are really interesting, huh. So mysterious.
View on GoogleThe stairs coming up are a bit steep, so please be very careful not to fall on the way down. I nearly fell while filming a video. That said, I got to see a beautiful view, and the sky at sunset was gorgeous. 20251115
View on GoogleComing from the entrance plaza, there's a sign and you climb a steep staircase. It's right next to a golf course, but of course it's not connected to it. You can look out over the Tama Center area. It's not very high, so I don't know if it really feels like a lookout. There are benches, so take a breather if you get tired from the climb. From here you can keep strolling along the Karakida trail, but it's quite a mountain path.
View on Google#2023/4/10 It's a dead end, so if you don't like taking the same path back, I don't think you need to go out of your way to stop by. The view is better than from the observation deck.
View on GoogleGreat view. The slope is a bit tough and it's easy to slip, so be careful going up.
