I stopped by by chance on the way home from walking. Looking at the shop and menu, I was convinced that it was an authentic soba shop. When I was guided, I was informed that "it will take time", so I ordered Japanese sake and one dish. Japanese sake has a wide variety including seasonal ones, and the glasses are stylish. The itawasa from Suzuhiro has the right amount of wasabi, wasabi pickles, and plum meat, and the decorative knife technique is wonderful! The 90% coarse wheat soba took 30 minutes to be served, but it is delicious 👍 It is worth waiting for 😋 The number of seats is small and it was empty, but if people who like soba know, it will become a famous shop⋯ The staff is very polite, and I was able to spend time calmly. If you have time, please go!

I was brought by my younger brother's family. I was looking forward to it because it was said to be delicious. Each ordered their favorite soba. Kakiage soba, ume-toji soba, tempura soba, and I chose oyster dipping soup seiro because I like oysters. The content is a warm dipping soup full of oysters and mushrooms, and seiro soba. The dipping soup is very delicious, and especially when I eat it with oysters, the deliciousness of the oysters spreads in my mouth, and I feel filled with satisfaction. The timing of the soba coming out is slow. It would be good if you can wait slowly.

This shop was completely a blind spot. I have had a connection with the Tama Center area since my student days, but I deeply regret why I didn't come at all for nearly 10 years. Soba with strong firmness, the hardness of the noodles is barikata in terms of ramen. I dipped it in sesame soup, and it had doubanjiang or gochujang as a secret ingredient, and the compatibility was outstanding. I ordered it in a large portion, but I want to refill it at all. By the way, I also ordered dashi rolled egg. It seems to be a Phoenix egg variety, and the gentle taste overflowing from the dashi condensed in the gaps of the layers is exceptional. Also soba ice cream after eating. This is very fragrant. Starting with soba tea, through dashi rolled egg and soba, and ending with soba ice cream. It is perfectly full of soba.

By far the most delicious in the nearby shops!! No mistake. And I always think that the side menu and sobagaki are too exquisite. Everything is delicious. If there is a menu you are curious about, I want you to try it. Surely your mouth and brain will be full of happiness. You should go to the shop assuming that there might be a wait. It is worth it.

The Ni-hachi soba was very delicious. All the one-dish dishes were also delicious, but especially the freshly made potato salad is rich but not persistent, fresh and addictive seasoning. I think it will be liked by young and old, men and women. Soba also serves various soba tailored to the season. In addition to handling various types of Japanese sake, it is close to the nearest Karakida Station, so it is a very grateful shop for drinkers. Beer has no draft beer, Yebisu bottled beer. It seems they are also particular about containers, and besides food, you can enjoy looking at containers. The food is delicious, the store is very clean, and I think it is a shop with very careful work.
