They seemed to do chicken nanban too, so I ordered through 出前館, but… I ordered the chicken nanban set meal and my husband ordered the chicken katsu nanban set meal. It took over an hour after ordering, and what arrived was what you see in the photo. Mine was fine, but my husband's wasn't even katsu—it was like an assortment of scraps. I called right away and explained the situation, but at first I was told "that's how it is." That can't be right, can it? Katsu is that thing coated in breadcrumbs, right? In the end we got a refund, but I don't think I'll ever order again. At the very least, apologize right away or listen properly—please learn some customer service. I pray that no one else has to go through such an unpleasant experience from now on.

I saw a blond-haired delivery motorbike driver running a red light on a narrow street and driving dangerously close to pedestrians and cyclists. Other reviews have pointed this out too, but since it hasn't been fixed, I guess that's just the kind of company it is. I think being mindful of safety is what a company's credibility depends on. It makes me doubt the taste and hygiene too.

They run multiple ghost restaurants at the same address. It'd be one thing if the taste and quality were good, but they're the worst, so I don't even want to give it ★1. When ordering delivery, make sure to check the address.

Ordered through 出前館. It arrived in about 20 minutes. The bento looked lavish, like a catered bento. The katsu was delicious too!
