Soba is homemade raw soba, and our pride broth is a natural taste without any chemical seasonings using natural ingredients for both kaeshi and dashi. Tempura is fried in-house, and tempura ingredients such as tororo and grated radish are all purchased from ingredients and cooked in the store. As for ingredients, vegetables including green onions for condiments are all purely domestic, and chicken also uses domestic. Among the many menus, tempura using seasonal organic vegetables, natural mountain vegetables, and wild plants shipped directly from Tohoku Farm is a popular menu at our shop, and there are many customers who come to our shop for this. We provide it as a weekly soba every week from April to November when there is no snow in Aomori. Also, "Yomoda..." which distinguishes itself from standard soba shop curry

9/1/25 - 4 stars Another neighbourhood soba joint in Ueno and one of the few eateries open for breakfast. Apparently this is a fairly widespread chain with branches across Tokyo. The shop itself is pretty small with ordering outside and small eating stands; clearly designed for quick meals. Jumbo veg tempura soba Tempura: S, 8/10. Pretty damn big with a variety of veg. Pretty crispy but also a fair bit oily which made it slightly less enjoyable Broth: S+, 8.5/10. Just a well done dashi Soba: S+, 8.5/10. Enjoyable and fairly springy. Value: SS, 9/10. ¥530 is a steal. Great budget meal

This is a hidden gem in Ueno. Great tasting soba and broth by a master chef. I will definitely come back for some more!

Cheap, friendly and delicious. They have a breakfast special of curry and soba noodles that was a very good value.

I was trying to explain what food options were, guy came out and helped us. So many options. Each person said egg, tempura veggies, he recommended for us. I guess he did not want us to hold line. Very tasty Japanese soba for 700 yen! It is not a touristic food, authentic Japanese food.
