Yakiniku no Tatsujin Asakusa Station Building branch in Asakusa serves carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled over our signature charcoal. Fresh meat is slowly grilled with far-infrared heat so you can enjoy a juicy texture that melts in your mouth. You can also enjoy a BBQ feel with charcoal grilling♪ Our top recommendation is the Kuroge Wagyu sukiyaki, grilled coated in sauce. Please try it dipped in egg yolk. We also offer courses with all-you-can-drink. We have a wide range, from courses featuring Kuroge Wagyu and fresh horumon to great-value plans, so please choose according to your preference. Available for 2 or more people, so…

An insanely incredible experience worth every penny. We had waygu beef and it was insane how delicious it was. Would 1,000% suggest this to anyone in the area or willing to make the trip.

Great place to get authentic self grilled variety of wagyu beef on charcoal for reasonable price. Probably one of the best meals I've had in Asakusa.

The venue was well lit with lots of BBQ choices at a reasonable price (for foreigners) but could do with more quantity. You cook the protein on the charcoal grill on your table and my favourite was the pork belly, wrapping it in lettuce wrap was delicious. The service was lacking but they were friendly. A good place for casual dining.

I have got no idea about the food so I give a five star to the food ONLY. However, this is the worst experience for my 1week Tokyo trip. The gentleman just pissed us off and refused to communicate. I do feel sorry that I don’t speak Japanese, but at least we need to try to communicate. Let me tell you the story, me and my wife went into the restaurant, and there was only one table with customers, those tables next to windows were absolutely vacant. The gentleman brought us to the table at back corner. We’d like to ask if we can use the table next to windows, he just pointed the table at corner and went away. And then we’d like to know if there is toilet that we can use , this man pointed us to the ceiling (correct, the room ceiling, I totally don’t understand, do you want us to fly up to the toilet?) and then just went away again. I have to admit that we were so angry and don’t want to eat there anymore. This terrible attitude does not worth me to pay even 1 yen.

i'll start this off by say this review is based on these factors; it was my first time to one of these types of restaurants, i only speak english, and i was the only person there for the first 20 minutes after it opened. alright, with that out of the way: so, i ordered bibimbap, beef tongue, and a variety set that included a few veggies, some seafood, and 3 types of beef. i haven’t eaten at any other yakiniku resaurants here, so i’m not sure what a good value is supposed to be, but everything ended up costing me just over 6000yen. one of the cuts of meat wasn’t as tender as i was expecting, and had quite a bit of chew to it, but everything else was generally good in that regard. overall, the food was tastey and came out pretty quickly. the main reason i only gave this place 3 stars is that i sat there for 10+ minutes before someone took my order. i assumed the guy who seated me was gonna take my order but it ended up being the guy behind the counter/bar. normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but the counter is oddly high, and doesn’t really seem like you’re supposed to interact with anyone directly behind it. i’m a pretty tall guy and had to almost stand up all the way and point to what i wanted from the menu; a bit strange, but idk, maybe that’s the way it’s supposed to be done(?). i don't know if i'd go back to this particular place again, but the food itself wasn't terrible by any means. just the service seemed lacking given that it's sort of a higher-end dining experience. everywhere else i've been to in japan always has the staff checking up to make sure i'm not lost or need help. i felt almost unwanted at this one. there's a menu outside the entrance, so maybe check on the prices to see if it's worth it for you.
