One of the places I'd been curious about for a long time. On my commute, I always hear energetic calls like “Welcome!” and “You got it!” from the second-floor window. I went in for a drink after work. At first the staff's energetic voices surprised me, but once I sat at the counter, I was overwhelmed by all the bar dishes and the many wines—unusual for Uguisudani. I wanted to eat everything. Try every drink.. In the end, I couldn't decide and ordered my usual beer. For snacks, I ordered homemade herb sausage. And simmered beef tendon. Delicious. In the end, although I'd planned to leave after one drink, I ordered another beer. Who knew there was a hideaway near my house that I'd want to keep secret from everyone,,. The staff were kind, and the head chef in the kitchen told me all sorts of things about the food and the restaurant. All the staff were young, but I felt like cheering them on. I'll definitely go again.
