During an overnight stop while moving from Aomori→Okinawa, I boarded my 2 rabbits at the pet hotel. Even a brief conversation with the manager conveyed their love for animals, so I felt comfortable leaving them in their care. I think my rabbits were tired from the long journey too, but perhaps because they could relax here, they had no particular health problems after the move. They also seemed to really like the banana leaves. Thank you! If I ever need a pet hotel in Tokyo again, I'd definitely like to use this one!!
View on GoogleI used the rabbit hotel for a trip to Okinawa. After applying, I received a detailed explanation via LINE. Drop-off went smoothly, and they sent videos every day, which delighted the children too. My flight couldn't operate, so I needed a sudden extension, but they accommodated it, which was a huge help.
View on GoogleFirst visit on Sunday, July 21. The rabbits🐇, chinchillas, marmots, armadillos, and prairie dogs were all adorable( ˘ ³˘)♥ The rabbits' and chinchillas' fur felt lovely. The prairie dogs were cute, energetic, and moved around a lot! Interaction time was 60 minutes. Plenty of time to recharge with some soothing animal time(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ ※If you're late, there's a penalty… (your interaction time is reduced). First-time visitors should be careful and keep checking the time on the way. The drink to take home at the end was nice🌟
View on GoogleI visited to board my little one. They also sent pictures showing my pet doing well at the hotel, which was very reassuring. I think this is a hotel with a real love for rabbits. Highly recommended.
View on GoogleI boarded my 7-year-old rabbit at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. I was worried because there were various reviews, and this was the first hotel stay, as I usually ask family to help. To give the conclusion first, both my rabbit and I felt very reassured throughout, & I'd feel comfortable entrusting their care here again. The reasons are: ①Rabbits are living beings with personalities, so for some, simply being separated from their family and left in an unfamiliar environment is stressful. Owners know their pets' personalities best, so I think it's important to understand that when boarding them, whichever hotel you choose. Mine loves exploring and adventures, so I could clearly tell from the ear positions and movements in the rabbit-walk videos sent via LINE that they were enjoying the different environment. ②Humans are living beings with personalities too(^^). The biggest reason I liked this hotel was the sense (the words) of thanks for “entrusting us with their care,” rather than “using our services” or “choosing us.” The staff have a rather plainspoken manner, but the way they casually spoke to the animals felt like “family” rather than “business.” A pet hotel should be a comfortable place for the rabbit, rather than catering to human masters, on the understanding that owners know their individual pets' personalities. In that sense, it's ★5 from us(^^) All the animals in the shop had glossy fur and were sleeping peacefully and comfortably, and although small, the shop was kept clean too. Thank you for caring for U-chan for 4 days. I'll entrust them to you again the next time I go away.
