⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A must-visit coffee spot in Ueno! The coffee was exceptional, and every cup was crafted with incredible attention to detail. The latte art was absolutely stunning—you can truly see the skill of a world-class barista, and it’s no surprise the artist is ranked 3rd in the world. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a great café to unwind, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommend the latte, take your time to enjoy the beautiful presentation, and don’t forget to snap a photo before taking your first sip. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Tokyo!
View on GoogleThis was a perfect coffee shop find. It is clear the family running it take great care in the offerings. The coffee was perfect - and the banana bread excellent. They have a 1 hour time limit which is very reasonable and allowed us to play some cards while we enjoyed the atmosphere. It seems to attract a lot of visitors/travellers too.
View on GoogleExcellent mocha at 780yen that I found near my shopping near Kappabashi Kitchen Supply Town. Small cafe, so not for big groups. Need to order 1 drink per pax.
View on GoogleOne of our favourite coffee shops in Japan. Coffee was excellent with impressive award-winning foam art. My girlfriend is extremely fussy when it comes to Matcha as she’s still experimenting with it, but the Matcha latte here is delicious and not too earthy. Recommend trying the Canelés. Probably just a place to drink and go, as there’s a number of rules to follow e.g max time 60mins and the place is tiny with limited seating. Also no WIFI and cash only, so might not be for everyone as some of the negative reviews allude to.
View on GoogleCute little cafe hiding an exceptional latte artist (see pictures). We had the very delicious Magic coffee in both dark and medium blends. Seating is limited, so (as the staff emphasises) please limit your stay to 1 hour to allow more to enjoy this gem.
