I will give it 10 stars if I can. Lunch menu as others mentioned include bowl of rice, miso soup (sweetest I have ever had), salad, sashimi and fried chicken (juicier than you can imagine). And it cost only 1500 yen. I also ordered other food eg shrimp sashimi, tempura, fish, shellfish sashimi. All are amazing. The chef and staff there are very friendly and English speaking guest are welcomed. Definitely will come again!

[Warning] Do not enter. This feels like a tourist trap. I had one of the worst dining experiences here. What I experienced: Overcharging Sexual jokes Discrimination toward foreigners The place is run by an elderly male owner. There is no menu and no prices listed. Following his recommendations, we ordered one plate of sashimi, two beers, and six glasses of sake, and were charged 30,000 JPY. During the meal, the owner kept making sexual jokes that made us uncomfortable, and even tried to touch my wife. When we questioned the 30,000 JPY charge and politely asked for a receipt, he became unfriendly and pushed us out. I felt that foreigners were not treated well here. Save your money and avoid this place.

Food was good but charged us 8800 for sashimi and karaage chicken. Felt really taken advantage of. Owner also made quite a few very sexist ‘jokes’. Avoid this place.

I randomly found this place while heading to a ramen place for lunch. Literally was a bomb cause everything was so good, got myself a lunch set which costs only ¥1,500, was so full after it. Good value and good quality, the owner and chef were so nice too!
