2026.03 Seolleongtang you finish seasoning yourself Visited around 18:00 on a weekday. There was no wait, and I got in smoothly. 【What I ordered】 ・Seolleongtang ¥1,210 -Side dishes -Kkakdugi -Seolleongtang -Rice 【Food】 Ordering seolleongtang comes with side dishes, kkakdugi, and rice. The soup is deliberately left unseasoned, so you adjust it to your taste with the salt and pepper on the table. A welcome approach for those who prefer milder flavors. The soup also contains glass noodles, making it light yet satisfying. It's a milky-white soup made by slowly simmering beef bones, offal, and other ingredients—a nourishing bowl with gentle richness and umami. 【Atmosphere】 The atmosphere was homey, and I also saw customers who appeared to be Korean. Being open from morning until late at night is another convenient point. 【Overall】 Simple, gentle seolleongtang you can enjoy while adjusting the seasoning yourself. Just right when you want something light or gentle on your body.

Monday just after 17:00, no wait. Cash only. Seolleongtang 1,210円. The seolleongtang soup comes with rice, radish kimchi, and 4 side dishes (omelet, wakame stems?, bean sprout namul, lightly pickled cabbage?). The radish kimchi is very delicious. The seolleongtang tasted just right with 2 spoonfuls of salt and 1 shake of pepper. It also contains chewy glass noodles? Above all, the 2 ladies running the place are so lovely and kind. I'd like to come again.
