麺屋武蔵 武骨相傳 opened as a specialty tsukemen shop, inheriting the spirit and skills of 武骨. Like 武骨, you can choose from 3 flavors: black, white, and red. 武骨相傳’s “black” uses onions, garlic, and coffee beans carbonized in an oven rather than squid ink. It has a bitter flavor. The chashu is slowly roasted in a steam convection oven. It is fragrant on the outside and moist inside. Menya Musashi Bukotsu Soden has opened as a specialty shop for dipping noodles, inheriti…

Good place to enjoy Japanese ramen 🍜 This place serves you tsukemen (dip and eat),ramen and other items. They offers extra portions for free… this is the best part 💞 But I’ve seen foreigners getting the largest portion and then leaving without finishing the plate…. If you can’t eat or you’re going to try for the first time go for the normal so that you can feel the taste …. Wasting the food is insulting the people who made it for you by heart ❤️

Amazing place and great value! During my 9-day stay in Tokyo, I came here 5 times. The black dipping soup is amazing, and the noodles are super thick and bouncy. You can also increase the amount of noodles to 3.5x with no additional charge (although I did notice that if you get 3.5x noodles, they might give you a slightly smaller piece of meat). Service is fast and great. There are only counter seats, which can be uncomfortable for some. This is the best tsukemen place I have ever tried!

I had ramen with my family, and perhaps my expectations differed from previous experiences. The char siew was tough and cooked like ham, which I didn’t like. The soup was salty, the dry noodles cold, and the dipping sauce wasn't hot enough to warm the noodles. Service was okay and decent. The space is small, making it more suitable for individuals or pairs. i wouldn't queue for this ramen.

We were fortunate to have our first meal in Japan here. Most of us had the dipping noodles and one had ramen. Everything we ate was excellent and a great welcome to Japan. One of the employees saw my child was struggling with chopsticks and offered a fork. The kindness was appreciated. It took us a minute to learn the procedure for service. After you get your ticket from the machine, sit down at an open spot and at the ticket in front of you so the employees can see it. Your food is then served promptly. The employees working were patient with us while we figured things out.

Outstanding ramen with chewy noodles and thick, succulent pork cuts in a beautifully crafted broth. Staff were exceptional in handling my nut allergy — they took it seriously and confirmed everything. Great atmosphere, efficient service despite the wait. Highly recommend!
