柳橋 小松屋Tsukudani Yanagibashi Komatsuya
Founded in 1881. Yanagibashi, which was bustling as a geisha district from the Meiji era to the beginning of the Showa era. Komatsuya, which operated a boat inn that served fish caught with cast nets or tempura and sashimi to customers from high-class restaurants, started selling suzume-yaki (grilled small fish) and Edo-style tsukudani as souvenirs from Yanagibashi's high-class restaurants. This became popular, and to this day, the 4th generation continues to make Edo-style tsukudani at the foot of Yanagibashi bridge with the same method as before.

View on GoogleOn the way to Ryogoku Kokugikan we met this delicate and interesting building. The japanese kombu tastes a little bit weird but worth trying.

First, I tried the raw seaweed tsukudani as it is. Rich and delicious~🍚 Small shrimp tsukudani also makes a good snack for drinksヽ(=´▽`=)ノ🦐 I was happy that the shop person complimented my cat keychain🐱
