Toryanse is a ramen shop in an outdoor hall near Sensoji Temple. With the travelees I went with, we got different ones. I got a tonkotsu shoyu ramen, someone got shio ramen, and someone else got pure shoyu ramen. We tried the broths of all of ours and honestly they were all really good. The best was probably the pure shoyu one, but I really liked the one I got—the tonkotsu shoyu—because it seems really rare for the two flavors to be mixed together. It is a small place but small hole-in-the-wall spots are exactly the type of places I really like in Japan. And if you're in the Sensoji Temple area and want some really good authentic ramen, I heavily recommend it!

Hidden Gem with Incredible Local Flavor Toryanse in Kawasaki is a cozy, welcoming restaurant that really captures the spirit of local dining. The atmosphere feels relaxed and intimate — warm lighting, friendly staff, and the comforting aroma of freshly prepared dishes. Everything I tried was delicious, from the perfectly seasoned small plates to the beautifully presented mains. You can tell the chefs care about both flavor and detail. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back, take your time, and enjoy authentic Japanese comfort food away from the crowds. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a genuine, down-to-earth meal in Kawasaki. More on Instagram @eunikaway

Cozy ramen shop with attentive service! Ordered the piri kara negi ramen and it has been my favorite meal of my vacation. Excellent flavor and portion and price!

Affordable prices for big portions, there is menu in English/French/Korean (not 100% sure about that). The food itself is very tasty
