Just finished a delicious dinner of chicken cutlet, cabbage, rice, and miso soup from this wonderful restaurant. It was easily the best chicken katsu I've had - chicken was tender and juicy with a perfectly light and crispy crust. Wife and I are very thankful to them for a wonderful dining experience!

What a hidden gem! This place easily outshines many of the tonkatsu chains. We ordered two Premium Kurobuta Cutlet Sets and one Tenderloin Set. Each meal came with soup, a serving of shredded cabbage, pickles, and condiments. Just look at that beautiful blush-pink centre of the pork. The cutlets were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, while remaining incredibly tender, juicy, and flavourful on the inside. The pork soup was an unexpected delight. We were pleasantly surprised to find small pieces of pork fat in the broth, almost like tiny morsels of lard, which added a wonderful richness and depth of flavour. The restaurant itself is a cosy little shop run by just two staff members when we visited for dinner a few days ago. Food may take a little longer to arrive, but it’s clear that the extra time goes into ensuring each cutlet is cooked properly and served at its best. We’re so glad we stumbled upon this place during our stay nearby. It’s the kind of restaurant that reminds you why it’s worth venturing beyond the big-name chains. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a well-executed tonkatsu. Worth every minute of the wait. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
