We had an amazing experience at TGI Fridays! The food was absolutely delicious, but the house sauce was truly something else — easily one of the best sauces I’ve ever tried! The atmosphere was super pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming. What made our experience even more special was our server, Bell. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, kind, and friendly. She always made sure we had everything we needed and treated us with a genuine smile. Bell’s service made our visit even better, and TGI Fridays is very lucky to have her. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. Definitely highly recommended!

We had a wonderful meal with a wonderful server Yuqi. We ordered Cajun chicken strip salad and chicken tenders with fries. For drinks we had blackberry Rita and Long Island iced tea. It was margarita day so only paid 500 yen for my margarita. Food was fresh. Our drinks took a long time to arrive but it was worth it very good 👍🏼 Thank you Yuqi for making us welcome and great service.

The food was amazing. I would also like to recommend the staff member, Grace, who accommodated all 11 of us. She was amazing and very attentive throughout our visit.

This place is a Ueno. We try three chili calamari, HF yucatan chicken salad, glaze blaze ribs, cheese burger, traditional buffalo wings. Drinks chocolate shake and strawberry banana smoothie. We order chocolate shake but it was oreo shake not chocolate shake. The three chili calamari not crispy. Glaze blaze ribs with the sauce taste nice and glaze nicely. Cheese burger the patty juicy not dry. Traditional buggalo wings was season nicley.
