Cost ＄＄ Food ★★★★ Decor ❤❤❤❤

I came for lunch. The budget was around 1600円. It included a main dish, rice, soup, salad, coffee, and almond pudding. The taste was just so-so. But the plates were cleared as soon as they were empty, so I couldn't relax. My child was still eating, but when they paused with their chopsticks for a moment, the staff nearly took the plate away. There was still main dish and rice left. I don't think I'll come again.

A restaurant with a very old-fashioned architectural style inside Ueno Onshi Park; beside it are the inscription 敬天愛人 and a very lifelike bronze statue of Saigō Takamori.

I came for the dinner course. Taste＝There weren't any dishes I found particularly delicious. Just average. Underwhelming considering the price. Service＝Even if I overlook the younger staff seeming inexperienced, I was shocked by the arrogant attitude of someone who looked like a veteran. Location＝Very good. Its biggest selling point. It was somewhere I'd wanted to try once, so I'm glad I got to visit. I felt it could become a very good restaurant once the staff are thoroughly trained.
