Taihakuro Tanmen Fried rice I tried Taihakuro that I was curious about💁🏿♂️ The shop was almost full and the owner was working alone moving in all directions! The cash register feels like the Showa era but I've never seen a cash register like that even when I was a child😳 I wondered if it could be used🤔 then the fried rice arrived! Fried rice with a strong flavor and more on the loose side! There are many chopped char siu and it's delicious😋 The tanmen has a lot of vegetables and I thought it was light but there is a lot of seasoning🧂 the noodles are curly noodles🍜 I tried adding table chili oil in the middle and it matches quite well👍 Finally, I checked if the cash register can be used when paying😎 The cash register function cannot be used and it seems it's just used to put money in😂 It was delicious. Thank you for the meal🙏 It seems it will be chosen as a Kitanashuran shop

If you are on a work break, it might be difficult to go home. The Town Chinese!! From the cash register to the pink phone, it is only open for weekday lunch. Working alone always looks very difficult! But the taste is irresistible! Probably the sixth time. Ramen, fried rice, tanmen. I love ramen with thick sauce, so bean sprout noodles 680 yen is wonderful in this era!! This is one of the shops that I want to keep open for a long time, so please take care of your health. Thank you! I will also post past photos. Soup with ginger flavor that makes you say 'ku~!!'. A shop that I want to eat even 30 years from now. I will drop by again when I come to Kuramae!
View on GoogleUsed for lunch. Hearing that the tanmen is delicious, I ordered tanmen and gyoza. Seems like there are many regulars. Others order fried rice only or chive eggs with rice, etc. Ramen starts from 500 yen. The owner works alone. If the serving timing of customers who have already entered is bad, it will take time. The taste is all solid. I want to eat other dishes too. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleInside the shop there are two round tables and a counter. The owner manages everything alone. The gyoza is a small type with lots of vegetables. The garlic punch is effective and the hot soup is irresistibly delicious. The fried rice is strong in pepper. Delicious. Reba nira has Chinese cabbage in it, and the liver is properly fried. Delicious. Champon is a little salty. Too hot. But delicious. I will come again.
View on GoogleTypical town Chinese. But the owner is a superhuman who goes beyond the realm of a craftsman. Manages up to about 20 seats alone. Remembers each person's order, cooks efficiently. For the sake of the owner, it might be okay to do all-self-service with standing soba rules. The order is miso char siu ramen and fried rice for 1560 yen. In this day and age, how many shops can eat miso char siu ramen for 880 yen. The char siu was a rare square chewy meat that was delicious. The fried rice has a strong flavor and is a perfect match for the light soup. He seemed healthy but I want him to try his best without overdoing it.
