The calm atmosphere typical of an old-fashioned coffee shop is very comfortable, and the moment you enter, you can feel relieved. Inside the shop is quiet and comfortable, and you feel like time is flowing slowly. It's not flashy, but because of that, the coffee and the space are stable, and it's a shop that makes me honestly think "I want to come often if a coffee shop like this was nearby". This is my favorite shop that I want to keep for a long time, perfect for when you want to take a break in Yushima.

After having lunch in Yushima 3-chome, I went to the long-established coffee shop Charmant across the street with a friend who wanted to smoke. The interior, which stretches long and deep, has a section at the back that is a few steps lower. 🟨 Milk Tea (480 yen including tax) The glass sugar pot is so nostalgic. Since smoking is allowed, it's an oasis for smokers. Naturally, the smell of cigarettes is ingrained in the shop, making it a very nostalgic 'junkissa' (classic coffee shop) in a sense.

Although it seems to have been in business for many years, it is a shop where you can spend a blissful time thanks to the well-maintained interior and the coffee that is carefully brewed for you.
