I had a training session from the morning at the Taito Ward Civic Hall, so for lunch I hurriedly had the wagyu gozen at 『Chinya』. Wanting to enjoy this wonderful meat even more, I stopped by after the session ended a little after 17:00 to buy meat for dinner. I bought 400g of hamburg and 300g of kiriotoshi for about 3,500円. Isn't that cheap?? For the same price as the A5 Kuroge Wagyu kiriotoshi sold at supermarkets of dubious authenticity, you can get 【wagyu of guaranteed quality】. This is why I have to say 【meat dishes are best at home】. The sukiyaki meat that can be given as a gift isn't at outrageous department-store prices either, so this year's year-end gift (oseibo) will probably be from 『Chinya』. They have both beef and pork. (Less pork) Everything is very delicious, but my recommendation is the jumbo hamburg. You can eat it just grilled without any seasoning, but if you make a sauce with the fat that comes out of the meat, it's even more delicious.

The shop got smaller and the selection became very limited. There was only 1 kind for steak, and it wasn't what I was looking for. It feels like there's more for sukiyaki.
