Indo Nepalese dining restaurant in the Taito area. We had a carry out of Dal Curry and Veg Fried rice. Very tasty, mild flavors. The rice was delicious and had the right amount of spices. The daal curry was also good.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest smiles. It's a small, cozy spot, and the staff make you feel less like a customer and more like a guest in their own home. There's a really lovely, relaxed vibe to the place that's hard to find. Now, let's get to the important part: the food. It was incredible. Seriously, every single dish we ordered was a hit with the entire table. We’re talking authentic Nepali flavors that taste like they came straight from a family recipe book. The momos were perfect – juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for. The curries were rich and spiced just right, and you could tell they were made with a lot of care. We left feeling so full and happy. Saurya is the real deal – friendly people and amazing, authentic food. We'll definitely be going back whenever we are in Tokyo. Highly recommend!

The lady worker was rude. I don’t know if her face is like that since childhood or not but she has an angry face all the time. Even though whenever we asked about something, her reply was not so comfortable that we had to leave as soon as we finished our food so fast. If the owner is reading this feedback, fire her immediately if you want to make regular customers and improve your business. They didn’t even give us the towel to wipe our hands. We had to ask for it.

Laxy on the rocks was delicious. I ordered the shrimp special curry and turmeric rice. So many places in the area are overpriced or overcrowded but this was not one of them.

Stairs up to find an amazing nepal thali (dal baat) restaurant. Great hospitality, good food, and cheap. You can get a normal nepali-Indian curry and naan, too. But I recommend nepali home dish dal baat.
