Their cold dandan noodles were a visual and culinary delight. Served on a rustic, dark plate, the dish was generously smothered in a thick, rich, peanut-and-sesame sauce that was wonderfully creamy and nutty. The massive, fresh pile of crisp mizuna and finely shredded scallions provided a crucial textural contrast and a refreshing bite, perfectly balancing the depth of the savory, spicy minced meat and the cool, chewy noodles beneath. And their boiled dumplings were presented beautifully, and the characteristic thick, tender, and slightly elastic wrappers offered a delightful chewiness while maintaining crunchy textures inside😍

Good local restaurant with regional specialties. Mostly local guests come here, the menu is only in Japanese. We simply ordered based on the pictures in the reviews and were not disappointed. We paid around 5300 yen for all the dishes, a coke and a beer. The food is super tasty, freshly prepared and without a long wait. The owners are very friendly, the chef himself is still in the kitchen. Dear owner-thank you very much for the great food and your hospitality.

The foods taste authentic. The mapo tofu is excellent (one of the best I had ever tasted anywhere). If spicy is your thing please go for this and I guarantee you will not regret. We also ordered the braised pork fried rice and siew mai (pork dumplings), both are great as well. The downsize is they do not have menu in any other language but the server she is able to speak mandarin (ease for mandarin speaking tourist). Also their price point is slightly higher.

Praying on tourists, we got charged almost 4000 yen for springrolls they "recommended". Everything else is also mediocre and overpriced.
