This is a lovely place I found not far from 浅草橋駅, in an area packed with accomplished neighborhood Chinese restaurants. This time, I ordered the ramen described as 「Jiro-style」 in other people's reviews, switching to 「thin noodles」. That was absolutely the right choice! Rather than Jiro-style, it was a fantastic bowl with waves of deep richness and umami, reminiscent of the famous pork-back-fat ramen chain 「なりたけ」. Personally, I think it tastes even better than Jiro-style ramen! In times like these, I'm truly grateful for this portion size and quality at this price. Incidentally, smoking is allowed inside, but they also take care to separate the smoking areas properly, so it's nice that the atmosphere allows anyone to feel at ease and comfortable. Being close to the station makes access by train excellent (there's no dedicated parking, but it's conveniently right by the station). I definitely want to try their other ramen too, so my next visit will probably be very soon. Thank you for the meal!

特製濃湯豚骨ラーメン (6 slices of chashu), less garlic Arrived at 12:05 on a weekday Thursday in early February. There were empty counter seats, so I was able to sit down alone without waiting. It took about 5 minutes to be served after ordering. I thought I'd ordered a large portion, but that hadn't gone through, so I got a regular portion. I didn't find the tonkotsu particularly rich, but the chashu was juicy, just the way I like it, and I think it was good value.
