Opened on 2020年12月15日! There are 6 noodle dishes on the menu. 魚豚骨ラーメン 900円 魚つけ麺 850円 魚出汁ラーメン 950円 魚中華そば 850円 魚カレーラーメン 900円 汁なし担々麺 900円 Sets combining the noodles above with the side dishes below receive a 50円 discount. Half portion of fried rice 300円 Half portion of tenshinhan 300円 Rice with raw egg 150円 White rice 『魚豚骨ラーメン + 半焼き飯(チャーシュートッピング)』1150円 + 200円 I went for the set with their signature 魚豚骨 and half a portion of fried rice. The chashu topping was recommended too, so I added it. It looks beautiful, like a huge flower blooming on top of the bowl! I think it comes with 3 slices of chashu by default, with another 4 added by the chashu topping. It's cooked perfectly on the rare side, so you can eat it as is or dip it in the soup a little, however you like. The soup is incredibly thick and rich. The fish stock and tonkotsu blend beautifully. The straight noodles, on the thicker side of medium-thin, go well with the rich soup. The half portion of fried rice has just the right flavor and size to eat with ramen! They also serve alcohol, so you could pop in for a drink and finish with ramen♪ Medium draft beer 500円 Highball 400円 Lemon sour 400円 Green tea shochu 400円 Oolong tea shochu 400円 Soft drinks 200円

I visited during the pre-opening. This is the 2nd branch of 「魚と豚と黒三兵」, which 3 people who had worked as managers and in other roles at famous Kansai ramen shops jointly opened in Shinjuku in 2019年5月. Their specialty is a mixed broth mainly featuring seafood and tonkotsu. The top recommendation is 「魚豚骨ラーメン」. I had 「魚豚骨ラーメン+半天津飯」 with 「チャーシュー増し」 ¥1150+¥200 A thick soup full of umami and richness, as though the fish powder and tonkotsu broth had melded together to the absolute limit! It wasn't too salty either, just how I like it. Daikon sprouts, raw onion, and other ingredients added crunch. The noodles were medium-thick. The tenshinhan had fluffy egg with a thickened soy sauce-based stock sauce different from the ramen broth. Being able to enjoy delicious ramen and my beloved tenshinhan at the same time made this a blissful set! I'm sure it'll earn a reputation for being delicious❣️

I felt like having seafood tonkotsu, so I looked for somewhere nearby and came here. Wasn't this where なんつッ亭 used to be? I think? 魚つけ麺+white rice set 1000円 Extra-large portion 100円 Total 1100円 Hmm, the pricing seems a little high… The soup is rather thin and doesn't cling to the noodles much. There's also not much of it, so it quickly cools down when you put in the toppings and noodles. That's the fate of tsukemen, of course, but I thought there might be a little more they could do about it. Also, I didn't get that much fish umami. It wasn't impressive enough to call "至高". The noodles contain whole wheat, have a good texture and a satisfying bite, and taste great. Overall, it's not bad. It is tasty. But the soup was a little disappointing~ And the pricing is high. I'm sure a lot of time and effort goes into making it, but personally I didn't feel the value matched the price. Value for money is also part of my ratings. I felt 1100円 for extra-large tsukemen and white rice was expensive. If it were 900円, I think I'd go again. The shop is free to set its own prices, so I can't really interfere, but at this price, I find myself thinking I'll walk over to 麺屋武蔵 next time. So for now, as for returning… that's how I feel. Being a new shop, the interior was nice and clean, and the service was polite. Those parts were very good. It's a fiercely competitive ramen area, but good luck.

On my way back from visiting a relative's grave in Ueno, I stopped here for ramen for dinner before heading homeー!!❤️ 『魚と豚と黒三兵』 Okachimachi branch♪ It was right by the south exit of Okachimachi Station. The ramen smelled so good(^^) I debated getting a set, but first bought a meal ticket, then went for ramen and a soft drink♪ There was somewhere to hang my coat, and the counter seats had proper partitions separating the table spaces, so it's easy for a woman to come alone too♪♪ 『魚豚骨ラーメン』900円 Woooow. It was bigger than I'd expected, which made me happy! The thick noodles, made from a blend of several types of wheat, were chewy with a firm bite and sooo delicious♪♪ I loved the texture so much I almost thought about ordering extra noodles aloneー(^^) The chashu was like ham, which also felt quite stylish♪♪ It went down so easily. And the seasoned boiled egg was soft and melty, exactly my thing. Apparently they use soy sauces including koikuchi kanro from 吉村醸造 in Kagoshima Prefecture. I absolutely love that sweet, intense kind, so the soup was rich and I nearly drank it all❤️(o^^o) My drink was oolong tea. Next time I'd like to try the 魚カレーラーメン tooー♪ It really warmed me up, which was lovelyー。

Visited 魚と豚と黒三平, which opened on 12月15日 in Okachimachi Ramen Yokocho(*^^*) This shop uses a meal-ticket system. The interior was spacious, with what I think were nearly 30 counter and table seats. Apparently the shop recommends 魚豚骨ラーメン, but a female staff member said she also recommends 汁無し坦々麺. I ordered 汁無し坦々麺 and rice with raw egg. The 汁無し坦々麺 had a spicy, numbing kick and was really delicious. The sansho pepper was a little stronger than the chili! Unexpectedly, this might go well with beer too!!! The rice with raw egg was also incredibly moreish, perhaps because the soy sauce was so good!! The staff said the tsukemen is recommended too, so I think I'll order that next time(#^.^#)
