After a long walk around the park, we accidentally went there thinking it was another place. What a find. We couldn’t understand the menu but eventually, with the help of the kind waitress , had sashimi and some thin sliced beef. At the end of the meal we were given some miso soup that the kind chef had worked on for quite a while.

We couldn’t have asked for a better night spending it with these lovely people. They were so kind, our portions were gigantic, and the food was better than anything we could have ever imagined. The pieces of sashimi were thick and large! There was SO much delicious food. The best part was the company who were kind and so giving. Thank you for a night that we will never forget!

If you want Japanese food in 鶯谷, this is the place. The sashimi is fresh and thickly sliced; I especially recommend the whale sashimi, which you can't get elsewhere! Grilled fish, hot pot—you can't go wrong with anything you order. The menu is extensive and the owner is easy to talk to, so it's best to ask about seasonal recommendations. The atmosphere is a little intimidating to enter, but I'd really like first-time customers to give it a try too.
