Oct 24: we sat outside in a lovely veranda and watched the 1000’s of people walk by, the Japanese are interesting dressers. Anyway when it’s busy there is a 90min maximum stay but no rush the day we were there. Lovely pancakes and panna cotta with ice tea and bottle of beer 2800¥ less than 15 quid. Again impeccable service.

It is okay we stopped for drinks and lunch. The whiskey with tea was really good and smooth. The omelet and rice was okay maybe not the flavor for me, I found it a bit too sweet. They only offer one type of beer.

Google says open until 6pm. At 5:30 pm People at the place say 4 Hotel guests only. Bad joke. Absolutely no recommendation.

It's really sad that their hours are so short. We arrived just after 3pm and we're told we could only have cake and tea and that it was last order even though they close at 4pm.

Lunch hours are until 15:00. After that, there's a side menu, a dessert menu, and a few meal options. Since it closes at 18:00 and is on the first floor of a hotel, it's a relatively hidden gem. There are few meal options after 15:00, but set drinks are 210 yen, so it's fairly reasonable. It's the perfect place to relax over a meal and some tea.
