Food : 8/10 very good soba (tender and strong sauce) Service : 9/10 nice and kind Atmosphere : 8/10 very old school Recommend to visit good price good food and good service. Not fancy like in ueno market. If you looking for real local restaurants, you have to come.
View on GoogleWe really enjoyed the oyako don and katsu don. The serving size is generous, and the set came with green tea and miso soup. This is a cosy restaurant that seems to be visited by locals rather than being a tourist trap. Payment is by cash. We hope to visit again to try the soba noodles!
View on GoogleAmazing Soba at Okinaan While looking for lunch, I stumbled upon Okinaan, an old, traditional-looking building with people constantly coming in and out. Curious, I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. Stepping inside felt like traveling back in time, in the best way possible. I placed my order at the counter and was given a seat at the bar. The atmosphere was truly unique, and the food did not disappoint. I had a soba set and curry soba ramen, both were absolutely delicious. The only downside was the lack of paper napkins at the table, which made handling spills a bit tricky. If you’re looking for an ultra, authentic dining experience, this place is definitely worth a visit!

View on GoogleOne of the best Soba place in Japan for me. I have visited here over 20 years. Negi Seiro is my favorite, but I always have beer or Japanese Sake with Itawasa and Oshinko at first before Soba dish. Hope they open a long more. I tried Sobagaki today at a first time, by the way. The best one ever than the others. I will take it next time, too for sure.
