This is a cafe, but it is very unsanitary. There is a lot of trash on the left side of the building and in the upstairs windows. The owner is verbally abusive to customers. He calls customers who come to the store "handicapped" and bad-mouths the parents of customers who are not there.

The guy threatened us after trying to buy one jelly dessert for three people. Said we had to buy one thing each, so we tried to leave, so he told us we had to pay a fee for coming inside. We said “yeah, right” and walked past him as he tried to physically stop us. He yelled insults at us from the door, then decided to run after us and say “get out Japan.” Also disgustingly dirty lol. Pathetic.

The taste seems to have declined compared to the past. It has been around for a long time, but the old madam doesn't seem to be there.
