A cute cafe. You can choose from lots of teas. There was a flea market run by a miscellaneous goods shop inside. I'd like to try lunch next time too. Torigoe Shrine is right next door, and hydrangeas were blooming in front of the cafe, making for a pleasant stroll.

I was thirsty, so I went in for some tea. They had Löwenbräu, so I accidentally ended up having a beer… I spent a luxuriously relaxing time in the spacious interior. The tea my companion was drinking looked delicious. Also, there is no coffee. Perhaps partly because it's away from the station, the atmosphere was calm. Most customers were women, and I noticed many with children. There were solo customers too, and it felt easy to walk in. It seems tea, black tea, and bento are available for takeaway, so it looked like a good place to pick up a picnic lunch. Smoking is not permitted. Payment is cash only.

It's on Kuramaebashi-dori, roughly halfway between Shin-Okachimachi, Kuramae, and Asakusabashi stations. The gâteau basque isn't too sweet, with a skillful touch of salt that gives it a refined, easy-to-enjoy flavor. The milk tea also tasted carefully prepared, allowing the flavor of the tea leaves to really shine. A comfortable cafe that's rarely crowded even on Sundays

The gâteau basque!! was delicious. The seating is fairly cramped. Maybe it was because they were holding an event. I chose an inexpensive tea served in a tea bag. It was fun choosing from so many options.
