A Japanese friend took my mom and me here for lunch. It was amazing! Even though it was tempura it wasn’t oily, and still very tasty. Very cute spot with limited seating.
View on GoogleWent there around 1:30pm close to 2pm. Only had to wait for 10-15mins. The eel was very fresh & delicious but not crispy. What can I say about the prawn head…. Crispy & yum. Wish they gave 2 heads considering there’s 2 prawns. We were the only foreigners there.
View on GoogleThe best TENDON I have ever had, our love from POTORANDO for the chef and his wife, not to mention the MISO SOUP, the umami is out of this world, OMEDETO !
View on GoogleI found this restaurant on a Japanese language YouTube channel. The small family run shop hidden in an alley looked great. It did not disappoint. The best tempura I had the whole trip. I highly recommend it. Cash only. There is an English menu. No reservations.
View on Googleit's located at the rear path but still could find it following Google! it's a tempura rice bowl specialist so expected to have only tempura bowl here. i ordered the one with small eel and all other seafoods was defaulted to be there. it's a small shop only has like 18 seats. i was here after lunch rush hour so able to get a seat right a way. the tempura was made-to-order so i waited for about 10mins. then the bowl came wow! it looked really great! it was so full with all the deep fried seafood on top, scallops, white fish, prawn, then the eye catching eel (although mine was just small one!) a bit struggled on where to start with! they got some sauce there already so it's moisted with the rice. i did enjoy the tempura bowl. i think the size is very enough for a lady. the price was fair too! follow me on ig: food.n.cats.not1less
