Went early but food & service were exceptional - coming from Australia just wasn’t used to smoking in the cafe but lady on counter was super helpful & lovely

It turned out to be a smoking🚬-allowed place💦 Many of the locals were relatively elderly, and it was so smoky inside my eyes hurt🫩 Probably heaven for smokers. From outside it looks like a cafe, but inside it's a Showa-era coffee shop☕︎ Was it because it was my first visit and they hadn't seen me before? The staff glanced at me, but didn't even say welcome. I felt totally out of place (lol). Definitely on my won't-go-again list. I suppose it's a place treasured by locals and smokers. Thank you!

A coffee shop on the historic Satake Shopping Street. Smoking is allowed inside, so the place is filled with the smell of cigarettes. Nonsmokers may find it difficult to enter. For smokers, on the other hand, it's paradise. These days, when many places have smoking booths, here you can sit and leisurely puff away. May this oasis for smokers continue for many years. The coffee tasted fairly standard. Thank you for the meal.

There wasn't anywhere nearby to smoke, so this was a huge help! The coffee and light-meal hot dog were delicious, too!
