This could be called a Japanese fast food restaurant but the food tastes great and service is super fast. Plus the prices are so pocket friendly. You can pick up plates from the conveyor or order from the tablet and within minutes a second conveyor belt delivers it to your table. The restaurant has a clever way of calculating the cost of your sushi dishes, there is a plate return slot at your table and that will tally up your bill. Payment is self-serve in cash or card. We had sashimi plater, several sushi, udon, a beer, chawan mushi and 2 deserts and it cost us less then USD25. Highly recommended if your want a sushi fix without breaking the bank!
View on GooglePretty good place for cheap yet delicious sushi. Great for people who don't speak any Japanese as most of the service is through ipads or other screens which have a few language options. The drink selection was very limited however.
View on GoogleBooked a table for 2 at 8.30pm for 9.30pm. Not very crowded. Sushi were correct.
View on GoogleThere was no queue when I visited on a weekday at around 2 PM. After getting a number from the machine at the entrance, I was able to walk straight in and be seated immediately. Ordering is done through a tablet, or you can scan a QR code from the tablet to view the menu on your mobile phone. Unfortunately, the tablet is fixed in place and cannot be removed, making it uncomfortable to browse for a long period as you need to keep looking up. The food arrived quickly, which was a positive. However, the food quality was disappointing. I would rate it 2/5 stars. The salmon did not taste fresh, and the ramen was extremely salty. Water, utensils, and other necessities are all self-service. Once you press the “Order Complete” button, you need to bring your table slip to the counter for payment. The biggest disappointment was the staff service. The staff were not friendly and did not make customers feel welcome. While the restaurant is efficient, the poor food quality and lack of hospitality made the overall experience underwhelming.
