Apparently, he trained at 㐂寿司 in Ningyocho, and the vinegar-cured silver-skinned fish, particularly kohada, is especially delicious. The owner also knows a great deal about wine, so you can enjoy sushi and wine pairings.

He may have some skill, but the owner here is far too loose-lipped. He goes on and on about which acquaintances came in when and what they talked about. Terrible manners. Criticizing other restaurants is also tactless.

This was a long time ago, but the wet towel they first brought out smelled bad・・・ The food tastes good. The kohada in particular is certainly delicious. But there are plenty of good sushi restaurants in Asakusa

The true essence of Edomae sushi is concentrated in this restaurant. People may have different preferences regarding the taste, the owner, the atmosphere, and so on, but it's no exaggeration to say that everything about sushi is here.
