The food was super good and the whole experience was amazing. Everything was perfect—from the quality of the meat to the overall vibe of the place. We were just passing by and luckily stumbled upon this restaurant, and it turned out to be such a great find. The Premium Short Rib was absolutely superb—tender and flavorful. Definitely worth coming back to!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Dining Experience in Asakusa People often say that a theater begins with its entrance. I believe a great restaurant begins with the person who welcomes you. That first impression sets the tone for the entire evening. During our stay in Tokyo, this restaurant became much more than just a place to have dinner. It became the place we looked forward to returning to again and again. We would especially like to thank Sora. She welcomes guests, helps with the menu, handles payments, and makes sure everyone feels comfortable. She combines professionalism, kindness, grace, and genuine warmth in a truly remarkable way. She knows how to make every guest feel welcome while maintaining the perfect balance of attentiveness and respect. You immediately get the feeling that whatever Sora chooses to do in life, she will do it exceptionally well. Any restaurant would be fortunate to have such a valuable team member. The food deserves special recognition. If you enjoy premium-quality meat and fresh seafood, this place is a true discovery. The selection of meats, seafood, soups, and side dishes is outstanding. One of the restaurant’s greatest features is that you grill the meat and seafood yourself right at your own table. This makes the entire experience both interactive and enjoyable. Every piece can be cooked exactly the way you like it—lightly seared or perfectly well done. As a result, everything is served incredibly fresh, juicy, and hot. The menu is exceptionally well designed. In addition to an impressive selection of meats and seafood, you’ll find delicious soups, fresh vegetables, side dishes, sauces, and many other options, so everyone can find something they love. Cooking your own meal becomes part of the experience, offering a wonderful introduction to Japanese dining culture. It is much more than dinner—it is a memorable experience. The cocktails deserve special mention as well. They are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Our favorite was the Brown Lady, although several of the signature cocktails were equally impressive. Places like this completely change the common perception that dining in Japan is prohibitively expensive. The prices are very reasonable and perfectly match the quality of the ingredients, the food, the service, and the overall experience. You truly feel that you receive excellent value for what you pay. The service deserves the highest praise. Every detail has been carefully considered—from the refreshing cold towels before your meal to the smooth organization and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is efficient without ever feeling rushed. For travelers, this is especially important. Time is precious when you’re exploring a new country, and no one wants to spend it waiting for food. Here, everything is organized so efficiently that you hardly lose a minute, yet the atmosphere always remains relaxed and enjoyable. Throughout the entire experience, you can feel the respect for the guest’s time—a quality we came to admire throughout Japan. During our stay in Tokyo, we had the opportunity to visit many excellent restaurants. Yet we kept coming back here—not because it was close to our hotel, but because we always knew we would find exceptional food, genuine hospitality, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that made us feel truly welcome. Now, whenever we think about Tokyo, this restaurant is one of our warmest memories. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Asakusa. If you are staying at Asakusa View Hotel, don’t miss it—it is only a few minutes’ walk away and is absolutely worth visiting. Thank you, Sora, and thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and unforgettable hospitality. We sincerely hope to return one day.

Hello all, It was a good restaurant, atmosphere was good, friendly staff and helpful. English , Japanse, Chinese language so they could provide a good service to the customers. It was my last day in Japan so wanted to go for a Yakiniku restaurant. I went for the 9 different cuts of beef. It was all so delicious and added some vegetables on the side. I also got two small bowls of rice. In the end, I went for a scoop of vanilla ice cream after a big meal. I took my time so it took me around 1,5 hours. Thanks for the help for any questions I had. The price was around 13000 yen for one person. Keep in mind , I am a big eater and enjoy having a good meal.

This is definitely the best food we’ve had in our trip in Japan. Must order the premium short rib. We accidentally passed by this place during lunch, the rating didn’t seem that high but we gave it a chance. We were surprised with how friendly the staff were and how delicious the food was. We ended up going back here twice in our trip.

I am writing this review munching their kobe beef premium cut. Stumbled upon this restaurant while walking past trying to find another yakiniku restaurant in the freezing weather. For me, this is the best meat I have ever tasted. The owner was kind enough to help us cook the meat properly. Totally recommend this restaurant!
