Their mochi/dango are amazing!! It’s soft and sweet—THE perfect snack. But my ABSOLUTE favourite is their ocha. It’s usually served during spring and summer (possibly autumn too, but I haven’t been there during that season, so I can’t say for sure…) They don’t serve it in winter though, but thankfully, it’s still available in packets, like the ones shown in the video. To be honest, I’d come here mainly for their ocha… The flavor is perfectly balanced! Not too sweet, not too bitter—just right. I think I might have been one of the few people who actually realized how incredible their ocha is, because the staff looked surprised when I bought it in bulk 😹🙌 What can I say? I LOVE IT!! 😻😻 I drank it every.single.day, so I ran out pretty quickly and would always have to wait until my next trip to Japan to buy them again 😔 Please stay open forever!! I’ve been coming here every year for your ocha, and I’ll keep coming back whenever I can!! 😻😻

View on GoogleMAR 2024 Bought a single serve which has five kibidango sticks. They are tiny mochi balls coated in a sweet nutty soybean powder (kinako). It was a tasty snack, still warm and very soft.
View on GoogleThe turnover is high so the kibidango is always freshly prepared~ They are generous with the kinako powder! It’s so yummy! The amazake is really good too, less thick than other places. Must visit~
View on GoogleThis was one of my favorite desserts in the Asakusa area. This place must get super busy on weekends as it’s in a great location from the Kaminarimon Gate and Sensoji Temple. It’s just 400 yen for the kibi dango coated with roasted soybeans. It is sooooo delicious…warm, soft, chewy, it almost melts in your mouth. If I’m ever in the area I wanna try their chilled matcha. You’re gonna like this place.
