Very nice Chinese restaurant. It must be more spicy but it is adjusted. If you want very spicy stuff as original, you should make note.
View on GoogleA Chinese restaurant run by Chinese people. Their fairly authentic Sichuan food is adjusted to be approachable for Japanese diners. They also serve Japanese-style Chinese dishes, so there are plenty of Japanese customers. Even the mala isn’t very tingly, so if you want authentic spiciness, ask when ordering. Full marks for portion size.
View on GoogleFor something filling and easy on the wallet, Chinese food really is the answer. Apparently the chef honed his skills for 25 years at a five-star hotel in China. There are many Chinese places nearby, but Fuxiang is a bit pricey and Suishinkan has queues, you know. Daily lunch: huiguorou set 700円 Since Hunan and Sichuan cuisine are their main focus, the huiguorou was a little spicy too. But delicious. It keeps you coming back for more. I’m also curious about the stone-pot mapo tofu set with regular, medium, or extra-hot spice levels, and now I want to try the cold noodles too.
View on GoogleI had the restaurant’s signature daoxiaomian. I haven’t had these noodles much, so perhaps that’s how they are, but they seemed to lack depth. I got bored partway through and couldn’t finish. The broth is bound to splash, so please wear a paper apron.
View on GoogleMala daoxiaomian. Authentic seasoning. The restaurant isn’t very clean, but these might be the tastiest noodles in the area… Speaking purely about the flavor.
