It's otherwise a very small and no-nonsense type of affair with mostly standing space. Food is served hot and quick and, overall, is pretty decent! Obviously, given this is a small casual spot, expectations should be conservative. Ebiten soba Dashi: S+, 8.5/10. Actually quite decent depth of flavour with konbu coming through well Tempura: S+, 8.5/10. Also pretty good! Maybe a bit too much batter? Soba: S+, 8.5/10. Can clearly see the grain inside each noodle. Not overcooked so still has some bounce Value: S+, 8.5/10. ¥880
